  • What is Nano Keratin treatment?
The Nano Keratin System is an advanced hair treatment designed to smooth and eliminate frizz while infusing keratin through biomimetic technology. This innovative process effectively reduces curls and frizz in textured hair, enhances shine in straight hair, and helps lock in color, slowing the fading process for dyed hair. As a specialized blow-dry treatment, the Nano Keratin System works by mimicking natural systems to restore the hair's essential proteins. By breaking down keratin into micro-molecules, it penetrates each hair shaft more effectively, resulting in smoother, shinier, and healthier hair.

  • Do I need a patch test for colouring my hair?
Yes, we recommend performing a patch test before coloring your hair. This test helps identify any potential allergic reactions to the hair dye. The process is quick: we apply a small amount of the color product to a discreet area of your skin and wait 24 to 48 hours to observe for any adverse reactions. If you notice redness, itchiness, rash, or irritation during this time, it indicates an allergic reaction, and you should not proceed with the treatment. Please contact the salon immediately if you experience any reactions.

  • What is the aftercare for the lash lift?
Avoid water for the first 24 hours Avoid washing your face with water, steam, or any high-moisture environments like saunas, hot showers, or swimming pools. Apply lash serum twice a day Apply lash once in the morning and once in the evening. This ensures the lashes are hydrated and nourished and helps with lash growth. If applying mascara avoid applying lash serum as it can lead to lashes clumping. Avoid Heat Heat can weaken the curl and make the lashes drop fasten. Be cautious around sources of heat like ovens, hair dryers, and sunbathing. Also, limit direct exposure to UV light, which can weaken the lash lift over time. Apply Oil Around the 4-5 week mark, your lashes may start to appear frizzy or dry, leading to a messy or uneven look. To keep your lashes healthy and nourished, apply a small amount of organic, cold-pressed oil in the evening. Tip for longer-lasting nourishment, opt for a thicker oil like castor oil, which provides deeper moisture and reduces evaporation. Use a clean spoolie to gently coat the lashes from root to tip. This will help moisturize, strengthen, and thicken the lashes, promoting their overall health and appearance.
  • What is the aftercare for waxing?
Avoid hot showers, baths and sauna for the first 24 hours Use lukewarm water when showering, and avoid soaking in hot tubs, baths, or using saunas and steam rooms for at least 24-48. Avoid exfoliation for a week Waxing provides deep exfoliation, removing not only hair but also dead skin cells. After about a week, begin gently exfoliating the waxed area and continue doing so regularly. This helps prevent ingrown hairs by clearing away dead skin and allowing the hair to grow back smoothly. Avoid excessive exercise and sweating for the first 24 hours Refrain from intense workouts or activities that cause excessive sweating as it can cause irritation to freshly waxed skin and potentially lead to infection in open hair follicles. No sun exposure and tanning for 48 hours Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanning products for at least 48 hours to protect your skin from damage. When you do go outside, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to the waxed area. Avoid Tight clothing Tight clothing can cause friction and trap sweat against freshly waxed skin, increasing the risk of irritation and ingrown hairs. Wear loose-fitting, breathable clothing, especially around the waxed area, to allow the skin to breathe and recover. Moisturise the waxed area Moisturizing helps to keep the skin hydrated and soft, preventing dryness and irritation. After 24 hours, apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to the waxed area to keep the skin smooth and supple.
